Can I change my number of seats later?
Yes. You can add or reduce licenses at any time. Added licenses are available immediately, and reduced licenses remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if a clinician leaves the organization?
You can unassign that clinician’s license and reassign it to another clinician in your organization.
Is there a minimum number of licenses required?
Yes. The minimum is 2 seats.
How does billing work for licenses?
Licenses are billed monthly. Increasing seats charges a prorated amount until the next renewal. Decreasing seats requires unassigning users first; removed seats stay active until renewal.
